My work is grounded in both lived experience and professional training in energy-based modalities.
I believe the body holds emotional memory and when we learn to listen to it, real change and transformation becomes possible.
My journey into this work began through my own healing. I've seen firsthand how the body holds onto stress, emotions past experiences and how powerful it is when that begins to shift.
I now support others through a combination of energy work, kinesiology and intuitive insight.
