Scope of Services
We provide energetic balancing services including spiritual healing, crystal healing, and Touch for Health kinesiology techniques. These services aim to facilitate natural stress research, energy balancing, and holistic wellness. Services are offered via online video consultation or in-person sessions hosted at a private home-based clinic.
Medical Disclaimer
Energetic balancing and kinesiology are complementary wellness modalities. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose medical conditions, perform medical treatments, or prescribe substances. You must consult a registered healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns. Do not alter or discontinue any medical treatments or medications without consulting your physician.
Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

You will provide accurate health, lifestyle, and history information during intake.

For in-person sessions, you will respect the boundaries of the home-based clinic environment.

For online sessions, you are responsible for securing a stable internet connection and private space.

You understand that energy work involves subtle shifts, and individual experiences or results vary.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ask that you respect ours. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows for either online video links or in-person arrivals will be charged the full session rate.
Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe, professional environment within our home-based practice:

Clients must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled slot. Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or verbal abuse will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Your personal information, intake details, and session discussions are strictly confidential. Data is managed in compliance with local privacy principles and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, unless required by law.
Liability Limitation
Where you acquire or hold yourself out as acquiring goods or services from us for the purposes of a business, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply. The conditions, warranties and guarantees set out in the Sale of Goods Act 1908 or otherwise implied by statute or common law will not apply and are excluded from these terms of trade.
We will always endeavour to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.
To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
